PLANNING & DESIGN

• Unlimited planning and design support by the PS | events team

• Up to 5 planning meetings with Percy Sales

• Unlimited email communication and phone consultations

• Site visits and scouting assistance as needed

• Full management of the planning process from beginning to end

• Custom design and creative direction

• Development of event flow, layout, and guest experience

• Vendor sourcing, recommendations, and management

• Contract review and negotiation support

• Budget development, management, and oversight

• Customized planning checklist and timeline management

• Attendance at vendor meetings, tastings, and planning appointments

• Creation and distribution of detailed event logistics timelines

• Final confirmation of all vendors, logistics, and event details

EVENT PRODUCTION & COORDINATION

• Full proposal, engagement, initmate wedding, or elopement day coverage

• On-site management of vendors, installations, event execution, and breakdown

• Oversight of event setup and design implementation

• Coordination of ceremony and event logistics

• Distribution of personal flowers to wedding party and special guests

• Coordination with musicians, photographers, and entertainment teams

• Management of event flow and timeline throughout the celebration

• Ongoing communication with the client throughout the event

• Assistance and support for guests throughout the celebration

• Special attention and care for family members and VIP guests

• Transportation coordination as needed

• Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities

• Oversight of all event details so you can be fully present and enjoy the experience
