EVENT PRODUCTION & COORDINATION
• Ceremony rehearsal coordination
• Management of rehearsal dinners and ancillary events as predetermined with the client
• Full wedding or event day coverage, including coordination staff as needed
• On-site management of all vendors, installations, event execution, and breakdown
• Oversight of event setup and design implementation
• Coordination of ceremony processional and recessional
• Distribution of personal flowers to wedding party and special guests
• Coordination with musicians and entertainment teams
• Management of event flow and timeline throughout the celebration
• Ongoing communication with the client throughout the event
• Assistance and support for guests throughout the celebration
