• Attendance at design-related meetings, presentations, tastings, and appointments

• Coordination of rentals, lighting, linens, florals, stationery, furnishings, and décor

• Final confirmation of all design vendors and event details

• On-site management of design vendors, installations, and event setup

• Oversight of all design implementation to ensure the vision is executed as intended
