Includes the following

Design and Planning

  • Unlimited staff hours on the planning and design of your wedding or event by the Percy Sales Events team
  • Up to 10 face-to-face planning sessions to discuss the design, production and coordination of your event with Percy Sales
  • Unlimited email support and phone consultations with Percy Sales
  • Unlimited access to our wide array of vendors contacts
  • Scouting trip(s) to locate the perfect location for your wedding or event
  • Direct and manage the entire planning process from beginning to end
  • Complete custom design to create the vision of your wedding or event (aesthetics and guest experience)
  • Ancillary events design, planning and management (rehearsal dinner, after wedding brunch, etc)
  • Designing of the flow and layout of your wedding or event
  • Assembling and managing the best team of vendors to execute your wedding or event vision within your pre-determined budget
  • Oversee and negotiate all contracts on your behalf
  • Management of your wedding or event budget and creation of detailed budget
  • Custom to-do list to keep everyone on track and make sure we don’t miss anything
  • Schedule and attend all vendor meetings including rental meetings, food tastings, floral design, and cake tasting with you
  • Creation of a detailed wedding or event logistics timeline and distributed to all vendors
  • Unlimited referrals for additional services you may require for your wedding or event
  • Confirmation of all vendors and details to ensure everything is in place for your wedding or event
  • On-site and on-location one week before wedding or event date

On-Site Coordination

  • Coverage of ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and any ancillary events pre-determined with client
  • Full day event coverage on wedding or event day including assistant coordination staff as needed (first one in/last one out)
  • On-site management of all vendors including set-up, execution, and breakdown (inclusive of all multi-day load-ins and load-outs)
  • Oversee proper set-up and design of event areas
  • Organization of the ceremony processional and recessional and instruction of attendants/bridal party of their duties
  • Distribution of personal floral for bridal party and special guests
  • Make sure that all musicians have the correct musical selections for guest arrivals, family seating, processional and recessional 
  • Managing flow of all events throughout the evening making sure there’s never a dull moment for you or your guests
  • Ongoing communication with the client throughout the event to assure that all needs are being met
  • Answer guests questions and concerns throughout your event
  • Make sure that parents and very special guests are given special care and attention
  • Arrange transportation for guests who may not be able to drive themselves home
  • Distribute all final payments and tips to vendors
  • Make this event the most fun you’ve had in a long time
  • Give your guests joyful memories to remember forever
  • Handle all the details so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding or event 
  • Make sure you are taking it all in and that you are having the time of your life!
