As a commitment to our clients who purchases one of our levels of service, the standard event services will be included in your package.
Make sure that you and others are comfortable and have all the attention and service you need while getting ready for your event.
Receive all deliveries and greet vendors.
Oversee proper set-up and design of event areas.
Make sure that all finishing touches are complete and as you wish before guests arrive.
Distribute hard copies of your complete Event Itinerary to all vendors.
Manage all vendors throughout the evening.
Assist guests with special needs and provide them with excellent service.
Greet guests and directing them to appropriate areas.
Manage timeline of event, and direct appropriate individuals as needed.
Line up and cue ceremonial event party when it’s time to make entrance at ceremony location, assuring that they know what to do and that they look good and are smiling.
Provide ceremonial event clients timing to their entrance, making sure you look perfect in every way before your grand entrance.
Make sure that all musicians have the correct musical selections for guest arrivals, family seating, processional and recessional for ceremonial event clients.
Cue musicians, DJ, or MC appropriately to ensure correct pace and timing for ceremonial event clients.
Assist photographer in gathering individuals for photo shoots.
Make sure that you are taken care of while taking photo shoots, including cocktails, hors d’oeuvres or other needs that you may need during this time.
Answer guests questions and concerns throughout the day of your event.
Assist in bustling of wedding dresses for ceremonial event clients.
Organize the grand entrance at reception site.
Communicate with you throughout your event so you know exactly what is going on.
Make sure that parents and very special guests are given special care and attention.
Supervise and communicate with chef and catering staff to ensure excellent and timely service.
Cue individuals for toasts.
Be there for you for emergencies and unexpected occurrences.
Keep everything running on schedule, while making sure you are having the time of your life.
Distribute final balances and gratuities to the vendors on your behalf.
Keep track, organize and pack everything up for you at the end of the evening.
Collect all gifts, disposable cameras, guest books, pen, glasses, cake top, etc., bringing everything to your designated car.
Arrange end of the evening or “getaway” transportation, making sure they are present and on time.
Arrange transportation for guests who may not be able to drive themselves home.
Make this event the most fun you’ve had in a long time.
